How we handle website enquiries.
Goombasys is registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This notice covers what you send through the enquiry form. Client datasets are covered by the NDA and terms agreed for each project.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, chosen service and message, plus your company or website if you give it. Please don't submit datasets, credentials or confidential client material.
Who can see it
We use it only to assess and answer your enquiry. Access is limited to our project manager and our Founder & CEO, and to the companies that run our web hosting and email.
Where it goes
When you send the form, your enquiry is saved to a file on our web hosting account, outside the public website, and then emailed to info@goombasys.com. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs and backups under its own policies.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become a project, we delete it 90 days after our last contact, unless there is a documented reason to keep it. If it becomes a project, its records are kept with that project's files under the terms we agree. Deleting a message does not instantly remove copies in our providers' backups.
Tracking
This website has no advertising or visitor-tracking scripts. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
